The PGM 2000 on the photo is a 2000lbs precision guided bomb by laser, tv or infrared beaming. The PGM bombs can be mounted on the Mirage 2000 and the F-4 Phantom. They are probably in use by the Air Force of the United Arabian Emirates on Hawk fighter jets.
